COVID-19 Compliance
Passengers must adhere to all COVID-19 safety measures issued by the State & Central Governments. Boarding will be denied without refunds if the prescribed measures are not followed.
Fixed Departure Schedule
This is a fixed departure tour with pre-defined timings. Passengers must report as per the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) each day.
Luggage Policy
- Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 5 kg of luggage.
- Excess baggage is not permitted on the helicopter.
- Only soft bags are allowed; suitcases are not permitted.
Photo ID Requirement
- Indian passengers must carry a valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID).
- Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport.
Weight Restrictions
- If a passenger’s weight exceeds the prescribed limit, extra charges will apply after approval from the technical team.
- Passengers over 75 kg will be charged an overweight fee of Rs. 2000 per kg exceeding the limit.
- If actual weight at the time of travel is higher than the submitted weight and exceeds aircraft capacity, the booking will be canceled without a refund.
Char Dham Travel Disclaimers
High Altitude Travel Advisory
All Char Dham temples are in high-altitude areas. Passengers should carry woolen clothes, raincoats, and a medical kit.
Weather & Technical Delays
If the journey is delayed or a Dham cannot be visited due to bad weather or technical reasons, efforts will be made to complete it the next day.
If the journey remains incomplete, the company’s liability will be limited to refunding the unutilized sector.
Additional Stay Expenses
- Passengers should keep one extra day in Dehradun as a buffer for delays.
- Any additional costs for lodging & boarding due to weather or other unavoidable reasons will be borne by the passengers.
Single Occupancy Charges
Guests requesting single occupancy at hotels will be charged an extra Rs. 45,000.
