• Children of 2 years and above will be considered as full passengers.
  • All hotels at Chardham are non-star categories except for Dehradun and Badrinath. Best available accommodations are provided at the other three Dhams.
  • The food served is pure vegetarian.
  • Hotels may be changed with similar available options if the given hotel is sold out.
  • Booking confirmation requires a 50% deposit of the charter amount. The full amount must be deposited 15 days prior to the journey.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and requires a 10% extra cost.
  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 15 days before the journey.
  • Requests made less than 15 days before departure will be treated as a cancellation, requiring a new booking.
  • From Sitapur to Kedarnath, passengers will be divided into different helicopters based on weight and balance. Passengers must maintain the same seating arrangement for safety reasons.
  • All flights are subject to total weight and balance of the helicopter.

Itinerary & Weather Conditions:

  • The itinerary may change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Passengers will bear any additional costs for extra meals or sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
  • Any new sightseeing additions will be chargeable on an actual basis.
  • Passengers must bear expenses arising due to natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or political disturbances.
  • Additional nights due to bad weather or technical issues (beyond 5 nights) must be borne by passengers.

Passenger Conduct:

  • Unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, or mentally unfit passengers may be denied boarding without refund.

Any changes in applicable taxes, government levies, or temple fees will result in an adjustment of the amount charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Following cancellation charges need to be paid in case of cancellations by the passengers:

  • Upto 25% of the paid amount - before 20 days of the journey.
  • Upto 50% of the paid amount - Before 10-15 days of the journey.
  • Within 10 days of the journey - No Refund.

Bad Weather Condition

If we are stuck in bad weather situation on any particular day, we will try to finish the darshan the next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any Dham due to weather conditions, we will refund proportionate money.
